This hotel exceeded my expectations! Although it's hard to locate down a small alley in the middle of a construction zone, the location is right in the centre of Thamel, which is full of good restaurants. The room was clean and cosy, as was the bathroom, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the garden bar was a wonderful bonus. I also loved that I could borrow walking sticks for free!

There was an issue with double charging on credit cards, which caused some inconvenience and frustration.

The smaller standard room was too cramped for comfort and not as comfortable as I expected. the wifi connection was weak, and it was challenging to use for leisure or work purposes.
